Hi @jaffapommie, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it won't turn on or take a charge.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
