Fitbit Charge 3 won't update

I have tried numerous times to update my tracker as requested . I go to the correct area, I get a notification that it could take up to 30 mins. I endure the tracker is close to the phone and as much as hour's later the logo is still flashing and nothing is happenning. HELP PLEASE!

Hello

Can you advise how I return to that helpful information.

I was on the train at the time and couldn’t carry
out the instructions.

Still not updating. Message to try again but it doesn't happen. Any more suggestions  please.

I am very concerned. Despite my best efforts and, the switch the device off and on again,it will not updat. Device is on version 28.2. When I try to update the update page tells me it could take up to 30 minutes. Hours later  nothing is happening. The page remains. My phone battery gets drained the only way to access the app is to turn the phone off and on again.

I have done everything and my Fitbit will not sync or update. Have used both my computer and my phone. It stopped syncing 2 days ago, except one time and at that time yesterday it then said that it needed to be updated. I have worked on this for hours today.
