Over the last 3 days my fitbit has not been syncing to the fitbit app. I have followed the troubleshooting instructions. It took 4 hours yesterday to finally get it to connect. It immediately stopped connecting. Even the time is off by 10 minutes now. Is there something else I can do to get this to sync correctly.

Attempt a reboot by going to the about section of the settings and selecting Reboot Device at the bottom of the list.
Or, attempt a restart as shown in the sidebar labeled Restarting Charge 3.
If neither of those options work, check your settings, to make sure everything is enabled correctly.
If nothing works, contact customer support.
