I have restarted it 3 or 4 times and is lasting 1 day only. It was a gift bought from amazon can I return it for an exchange.

Thanks for troubleshooting this battery issue. If your Charge 3 isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there. After following them, test your unit.

It's not the charge by the looks the screen keeps going black and nothing showing
I'm pressing the side it vibrates but that's it.
