Charge 3 screen getting dim

Do not buy a Charge 3, my screen has faded after just over a year and you cannot even see it when outside. The 1st time I reported it I got the usual restart processes and then the story that a patch was coming out which would fix the faded in parts watch screen - I very much doubt it.

The next time I reported it I sent them a photo of the screen with the case number added on in paint, this is not OK, I was then told I need to write the case number on a piece of paper which I then sent them, this still wasn't OK - you need to write the case number on a piece of paper and then send a picture of your watch next to it, talk about delaying the process.

I wouldn't mind but over the last year I have bought my partner one and spent various amounts on watch straps and accessories.

I would advise all to research faded screens as its a known issue and they are still selling these watches with poor support, how can a £100 watch break after a year. I will stick to Garmin from now on.
