Hi.
My Charge 4 screen has failed.
It first started getting dimmer and dimmer every day until I could barely read it even indoors on low light.
Then parts of the screen became even dimmer (the pixels are practically off on the top half).
I know all about the settings that control the screen brightness, but I have it on full brightness and it's now unreadable. I have also tried to reboot, reset and changing the face. No difference.
This is the second Fitbit I own of which the screen failed.
My question is, is there a Fitbit device that lasts more than a year?
Thanks
