Fitbit Charge 4 crashes when opening settings

My charge 4 tracker completely freezes and crashes when tapping on the settings tab on the tracker itself.

Please restart your device with the instructions of: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Does it keep freezing after restarting your tracker?

Hello, no restarting the tracker does not help at all. The problem still
persists.

Please try setting your tracker as a replacement device:

1. Tap the Today tab > Then tap Devices.
2. Tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
