Yesterday I walked over 6 miles and it only logged that I did 9 floors, where today I have done a bit less and it logged 17 floors. Why has this happened.

Hi there, @Staffiedogs3.

Thanks for the details and screenshots provided. Before anything else, I'd like to explain to you that your Charge 4 will register 1 floor when you climb about 10 feet or 3 meters. The distance is not taken into consideration as your tracker uses changes in barometric pressure combined with the steps you take to calculate floors climbed.

If these conditions apply to you but you're not getting floors correctly, I'd recommend restarting your tracker by pressing the button on the charging cable. Then, try climbing 2 floors consecutively and monitor its behavior.
