My Charge 4 won't sync with my app anymore. I've done all of the problem solving things of turning off Bluetooth, rebooting the device, restarting my phone, clearing the app cache and data, deleting and reinstalling the app. I've checked all of the permissions too. I have an Android phone and it is also updated. It is a Samsung A52.
Any other ways to resolve this?

I also have this problem. It seems to have started yesterday. I have a Google Pixel5 phone and a Charge 4. I've tried all of the steps recommended: turning Bluetooth on and off, turning phone on and off, restarting Charge 4, uninstalling and reinstalling app. I most recently unpaired the device from my phone and now I can't get it to pair again. My phone is "seeing" it, but it won't pair. I also noticed that the Fitbit isn't connecting with the website, so the problem seems to be with the device itself.

I am having the same problem. It has been hit or miss for quite a while and have been able to remedy by restarting my phone or turning the Bluetooth off and then on. Hasn't synced for almost a week. Trying every day. Anyone have any ideas?
