Fitbit Charge: Can't find the heart rate data in settings or on my dash.

I've been searching through different websites and questions on this forum but I haven't found out what's going on with my Fitbit information. On my wristband, I'm unable to get my heart rate to appear yet, when I access the website or app, the same issue arises. Not to mention, I nitpicked through each selection in the settings page. I haven't been able to find a thing. Does anybody know where I can find a way to turn on that setting?

Hi @SkiddleDiddle.  Welcome to the Fitbit forums.

The Charge does not measure heart rate.  There is an upgraded Charge HR model that does include heart rate tracking but not the basic Charge.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
