Hello. My fitbit HR appears to be stuck. Whenever I try to synch I get... what looks like a status bar at halfway. Another thread titled my fitbit has gone crazy has a picture that looks identical to mine. I have already factory reset it once
Help?

I'm very sorry to hear that your Charge HR is stuck at the loading bar. Thanks a lot for trying the factory reset. I'd like to help you out with this.
My first recommendation would be to set up your tracker as a new device since you've already tried the factory reset. Now, just to be sure that you did this correctly, see the instructions on how to do that here.
After that, you can proceed with setting up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
