I have two faulty fitbit charge hr.

Fitbit#1. Display is working fine. But it is not tracking anything. The heart rate, calories, step. I have restarted it 3 times. I also had done a factory restart on it. Not working

 

Fitbit#2. The display is very dim. I can hardly see anything. Again, i had restarted it 3 times.

Is there anyway to fix these 2 fitbits?
