Can you be sure it's charged? I'm just wondering if it's blank because it's flat and won't take a charge.

Is this a new fitbit or has it been working OK and now developed this problem?
It's charged. I pushed something to try to correct the incorrect time, and it just went black. I have followed other directions and got the smiley face, then it went black again. what do I do after I get the smiley face?
