My Fitbit Charge keeps turning off. I have researched all the troubleshooting and can get it to turn on and do the whole reset/restart thing, but then it only stays on less than a minute. It is fully charged. I miss it! It is only about 18 months old.

Exactly what do you mean by "keeps turning off"?  I assume you do realize the display is not supposed to stay on constantly.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Of course I realize that. The device completely shuts off after about 30 seconds, even if I am engaging with it.
