Hi everyone!  I cannot get any notifications to go across my Fitbit Charge 4.  I’ve tried resetting it through both the app and the watch itself, and nothing has worked.  My do not disturb button is grayed out and it will not let me click it.  I’m really frustrated and worried I broke it. Thanks for all of your help.

Mine is blank, too. It busses and smiles when I reset it, but no display. I think I broke mine, too by cleaning it.

Mine also recently stopped buzzing with notifications and stopped generating sleep scores.  I've tried resetting it a couple of times (and checked my settings to make sure I hadn't accidentally turned something off), but no luck.  I saw another thread where someone else had lost the sleep scores about a year ago, and someone from Fitbit replied that they were working on a fix, but that obviously hasn't panned out yet.
