Fitbit Notifications not Working

My Fitbit Charge 2 wont receive notifications from my iPhone 8, and in the app won’t turn on all-day sync or notifications. However, notifications work fine on my iPad Air 2. I have tried restarting my phone, Bluetooth, deleting the app, restarting the app, restarting the Fitbit, and deleting the Fitbit from my iPad. Anyone have any tips/help?

@Tomedo Welcome! It's great to see you around!

Let me help you with your notifications not working on your iPhone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. The tracker is currently paired to your iPad this is why you can get notifications from it. You can try the following:

  1. Go to your iPad and iPhone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Set notifications on your iPhone again.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.
