A few days ago Fitbit Charge 3 started to vibrate non-stop, then display showed Smiley Face, and got stuck there. Reset it, showed a loading bar for less than a second, then back to the Smiley Face. Let the battery run out, plugged it in, let it charge for an hour, back to the Smiley Face. It vibrates when I touch the side button. Also, a red light lit up on the back (sleep sensor I think). I´ve tried everything and it just stays on the smiley face. Seems like it is bricked! Help!
