My Charge 4 hasnt been showing my emails or texts for a long time. Checked all settings but still wont work. Today cant even log in as phone app says fitbit.com unavailable!  Yet I can log in OK online with laptop. Not sure wats happening.  But what with the constant dropping of gps/bluetooth connected gps I think I am at long last giving up with this device.

@Survey , Nice to see you around. Thank you for your report and for trying to log in on your laptop. 

 

Please make sure that the Fitbit doesn't need an update. 

Then go to the settings on your phone>apps>Fitbit app and clear the cache. 

Restart your phone (off/on)

Try to log in again. 

 

If the issue persists, please let me know the error message that you are receiving.
