Hi there, since Tue (3 days ago) my Fitbit Charge 3 and Samsung A8 are no longer syncing. Have uninstalled the Fitbit app from my phone, and installed it again. Still no luck. Only a white screen with the fitbit logo in the centre. No data, no nothing. Grateful for any advice please. Thank you.

Mine is doing the same thing. The last time this happened I had to call someone. I was on the phone with them close to an hour. They had my uninstalling the app turning my Bluetooth off. Resetting my Fitbit. Still nothing worked so they had to send me a new Fitbit. We may have to go that route.

At the beginning of January I had a week of emails going back and forward between Fitbit and myself re the inaccuracy/errors of my previous Fitbit, which to their credit, they did replace as they said it was faulty.
One starts to wonder if it is better to go back to the good old pedometer?!
