Fitbit app not syncing any information (Charge 4)

This problem began around January 7, 2022 (There are several similar complaints in the Play Store). I've followed all the given instructions on how to reset both the watch, the app, and my Bluetooth:

  1. Manually synced in the app
  2. Turned on/off Bluetooth, and then phone
  3. Updated the app
  4. Removed device, and re-added device to account

Even more strange, the app seems to sometimes sync some portion of the steps but not my sleep hours. For example, the app was last synced Tuesday afternoon (when I added the device back), but the app says I've walked almost 2k steps today. That sync was also the only time since I began having issues, that I've gotten a sleep score

@molly59 , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message and efforts.

Please on your phone make sure that this is not on don't disturb, or sleep mode (silence/mute)

Also check that no other bluetooth device is connected to your phone (for better results.)(Keyboards, speakers, headphones, etc)

Important allow the Fitbit app to run in the background.

In the meantime, on your phone go to Settings>Apps>Fitbit App and clear the cache.

Restart your phone and try to sync your tracker again.

See you around.

It's connected now, thank you! I think clearing the cache is what fixed it. I cleared the cache of all my other apps too, just in case.
