I recently got my 11 year old a charge 2 and she has an iphone 5 but I can't seem to download app??ios only updates to 10.3

Hi @Bee5183   your daughter is too young to use a Charge 2, unless you lied about her age. She has to be 13 in the US and 16 in most European countries. Their laws limit the age of a child using the internet and Fitbit has the Ace 2 for those under the legal age.
