Sleep data wont sync

I have had my fitbit charge 2 for just over 12 months and it no longer syncs my sleep, some it will record restless data but other times nothing at all.

Ive turned it off, I cant work out how to do the factory reset

ive re synced it with the app which got my Bluetooth and notifications working again but still no luck on the sleep records

Has anyone else had similar issues

Yes, I try to sync my Fitbit to the app on my Android and it keeps saying, no device found. What gives??
