My Charge 4 band clip broke off. I can't connect another band. What can be done?

Hi @RalphLo when this happens and your Charge 4 still works, many people have gone to Amazon and purchased a protective cover band. That band encompasses the pebble part of your device and keeps it secure without a need to attach it. You can get with support to see what your options are, but often it results in a discount off of a replacement.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.

This has happened to me several times but luckily my husband has managed to repair it by using superglue to fix the strap to the device. I have also had issues with the strap breaking but my husband has glued hard wearing material over the break. This is my second fitbit and I had the same issue with the previous one, don't intend to buy another as they are always poorly made and develop the same issue

This happened to me too. I had taped it on with electrical tape which worked a little until I tried to put it on one day after charging and the band broke into 3 pieced. I just upgraded to a Charge 5 and the band attaches differently,. I'm waiting to see if I have any issues with this band. I may change to a leather band too.
