I’ve been having sleeping problems since I started tracking my sleep with fitbit. It tells me I’ve been getting way less sleep than I’m actually getting. I became obsessed with getting more sleep which only made things worse. Now I realize fitbit Sleep tracking is just full of **ahem**. I sleep way better without it.

I've not tracked my sleep for years now. I did try it and initially found the data interesting but not very useful. I much rather give my wrist a rest at night and save some fitbit battery.
