I bought a second hand fitbit. I cannot get it to pair. The code comes up. I enter the code and it wont connect or pair.

@MommaDrysdale what device are you setting up the Charge 2 with?
Do you get any error messages?
Are you sure that you where sent a working unit?

I am having the same issue. I've had my watch since 2018, bought it brand new.
It was working fine few months ago with my old phone. On my new phone it won't pair.
I tried using different tablets and phoned but it wont even show pairing code on those devices.
Plz help, i want to pair my watch and sync with my phone.

Hi @memon you say that you have had the tracker since 2018. Is this tracker still connected to your fitbit account?
You do not pair the watch to your phone.
You attach the watch to your fitbit account. It should still be attached to your account.
On new phone.
Open the fitbit app
Log into your account.
Say yes to every requested permissions.
The tracker should sync.
The fitbit app will attach the tracker to your phone.
If the tracker was removed from your fitbit account, we will need to setup the tracker. This can be done from any phone.

I removed the tracker from my account to setup again. Now it won't pair to be added to my fitbit account.
Plz help. On how to re-add to my account.

You say that this is a new phone. Is the old phone, if nearby, turned off?
When changing phones, you do not want to remove the tracker from your fitbit account. The app needs to know which tracker so the app can pair the tracker to the phone.
I'm not sure what model phone that you are asking help with, or if the tracker has ever synced through the new phone..
Why can't I setup a fitbit device.
Now if this tracker was syncing through the new phone, we will need to fix the sync issue
