I have recently (approximately last two months) experienced severe difficulty charging my device. the charger clips on initially and the battery symbol with the current charge shows and then it seems to continually switch from charging to showing the normal display and vibrating after a period the switching stops and when I tap the screen it shows the battery symbol but the charge level does not change. On past occasions I have tried different charging cables, USB outlets, cleaned the terminals, reset the device on numerous occasions, unpaired the device and re-connected it to Bluetooth before it started to actually charge. On the previous occasion I charged the device (6 days ago) it took approximately 4.5 hours to charge from 17% to 100%. I have noticed that recently approximately 6 months the first sync in the morning takes a very long time and I am becoming convinced the problems I have are due to a software fault not hardware. Can you suggest any possible solutions?
