Fitbit charge 2 display blank

My Fitbit Charge 2 has a blank screen. It’s still syncing to the app but the screen is not working. We’ve tried resetting it by holding the button but that doesn’t work. It’s less than 2 years old so I’m quite frustrated it’s broken. Is there anything else I can do?
