Hello. My Charge 2 stopped recording any exercise that is completed since the beginning of September 2024. I can start a workout and complete it, but it's not recording on the app. I restarted the device, stopped the app, removed the device as a paired device on Bluetooth, but none seem to help. Help

Mine too, hasn’t recorded for about a month. The cynic in me feels it might be a bit of persuasion to upgrade. I think lots of people are having the same issue.

Same here, I think they are trying to persuade us to upgrade. My charge 2 still works fine by itself.
If only there was a trade-in program. Can't bear to throw perfectly working gadget in the trash.

So does mine. It’s outlived two much newer Fitbits, one of which the face fell off.

Me too. Been over a month. Removed app, restarted, Bluetooth off, blah, blah, blah. Whatever they upgraded a month ago, they need to undo. I keep waiting for it to be resolved…i’m getting impatient. How many people have to complain about the same thing??? Poor attention to customer service, unfortunately.

I don't think we will be getting any luck with the Fitbit. I just bought a galaxy watch fit 3, it's reasonable priced and works fine. Just have it for a week now. Thanks to fitbit for the many years of service, but it appears that the customers are not the priority any longer and this is impossible to work with. Deleting the app today. Good luck everyone.

Thanks for your comment, I thought I was going crazy as has been happening to me too. Sorry I can't come up with a solution but good to know it's not just me!!. Most of my workouts are Mon to Fri and maybe only 2 or 3 days out of 5 are actually recorded in the app.

Well if this issue is a cynical attempt by Fitbit to make us upgrade their plan failed and you went with a different brand LOL

I am having the same problem. My fitbit charge 2 was working flawlessly over the years but the app has stopped recording the workouts since September 2024. Any solutions found?

I’m having the same issue - have deleted and reinstalled the app, logged out and back in, reset my Fitbit and nothing - it shows active minutes on the dashboard but not the activity
