This is getting very annoying. Since I updated to Fitbit app, my Charge 2:
--Does not capture exercise when pressing start on Charge 2
--Does not accurately reflect HR during walks
(the graph shows peak, vigorous, moderate, light. You can see where it's obviously peak / vigorous, etc. But Fitbit says it's 100% moderate in breakdown)
Yes, I have rebooted a few times.
And a side note: **Fitbit migrated my account over to Google, without permission**
IOW: I could not log in with my Fitbit account. I've Never used Google to log into Fitbit. This is no bueno.

I have the exact same problem except my account hasn’t been migrated yet! It’s been going on for months and no updates have fixed it. When I manually log the activity myself, it disappears 3/4 of the time. This is so frustrating, what in the heck are they doing? Makes me not want to use any of their products in the future.

Well, that is interesting! But of no help. There is no solution, nowhere. Nice similar discussion though - but no solution. And, I do not have much hope since this has been an issue for over three months - and with NO SUPPORT at all from Fitbit.
