My fitbit has frozen with a heart on the screen and dots at the bottom. It seems to be updating to phone but screen is blank. By pressing the button the heart and dots comes up but that's it. Any solution to this issue. I have tried holding button in for 10 secs but it vibrates then the heart appears then goes. 2 days ago it started freezing the time and not updating until I pressed the button now its blank.
