Hello, had fitbit charge 3 for 7 months, now it has a white screen, done the reset steps multiple times, didn't work. Any suggestions?

There are other posts in this forum regarding the white screen. I also have this issue. I purchased my fitbit Jan. 2020. The other posts include instructions you can follow that is supposed to remedy the issue; however, none of the solutions has fixed the white screen issue for me.
