Got this a little over a year ago. Lots of issues from day one. Had issues with syncing and had to put on the charger, hold button and wait for smiley face. Sometimes had to do this multiple times before it would sync. Two days ago the screen no longer displayed. Changed clock face - that did not work. Cannot see display but put on charger and did a reset. That did not work either. Put on charger so it got to 100%. Screen worked for 2 seconds and went blank again. Did the hard reset and got sliver of battery icon and then went dead again. Called support and was told since no longer under warranty I should buy another one. Really, that’s the solution? Poor quality. Needless to say, got a Samsung Galaxy watch active 2. Will never get Fitbit again.
