I’ve got a Fitbit charge for only had it since yesterday but there’s no sound coming out of the watch at all can anybody help

@Tim4424 , A warm welcome to the Community! I'm glad that you chose the Charge 4. 

As our fried tee53 mentioned, the Charge 4 won't emit any sound. 

You'll feel vibrations for the alarms, notifications and confirmations on the tracker.
