I think the answer to your question @vikvac49 needs some more understanding.
First of all you obviously know that Charge 4 is no longer a product sold by Fitbit and it's replaced by Charge 5. Therefore if you follow the quiz as provided above you will be likely suggested a Charge 5, an Inspire 2 or a Luxe.
Second, what are your needs? If you need a GPS on board (for running and so on) it appears that the GPS of Charge 5 is quite flacky so the Charge 4 might be a better option although, for personal experience, it's not great. However the HR sensor of Charge 4 is quite good.
Basically Charge 5 has the following advantages compared to Charge 4: readiness score and colored display that has a much improved visibility outdoor
However Charge 4 offers the apps Weather, Breathing a Spotify (you can control your phone to play music). Also the clockfaces (although not colored) have a better selection.
For all differences please check this excellent spreadsheet
You might also check if the Inspire 2 could suffice.
Finally Charge 4 might be on sale at a very low price (as it out of production) but it won't receive any longer eventual updates as opposed to the Inspire 2 / Charge 5 (Although it's long time they don't receive updates)

Thanks for your suggestion, I bought a charge 5 and was very disappointed, the battery ran down within hours, so I had to turn off several features to get it to hold a charge and one band kept popping off, which made it a huge risk for loss, so I returned it and got my money back. I then went to e-bay and bought a new charge 4,probably just as well that there will be no more updates as these seem to make your products worthless, I still use my fitbit 2 and there have been no updates for years, after the charge 3 update it was worthless, plus the screens faded and then went blank, which is a shame as that was my favorite fitbit.
