Fitbit charge clock stuck on time of sync.

My fitbit charge's clock is stuck at the last time I sync's it. If I sync again it changes to that time and gets stuck again.

My charge is still showing it's first sync at 10:30 a.m.  Today is the first time it has ever been stuck.  Was there an upload?

how to you force it to sync?  My charge is still at the count from 10:30 a.m to day.

I go to the windows squares in the left lower corner corner of the screen and select fitbit tab.  A screen comes up wih a choice to sync.   I do mine through the computer and I place it just wrist right uner the toggle and it goes right through.

please help me I am trying very hard to resit my time I have gone everywhere on this site but I can not figure out just where to go or how to resit my fitbit, I really need this fitbit to work and I am going crazy trying to figure out how to do, Can someone please call me and tell me what to do I am getting very fustrated  my phone number is -REDACTED-

@Howee and @aprvit, please try restarting your Charge by following these steps. Then, try to force sync your tracker by following @WendyB's tips.
