Stuck during firmware update

My fitbit charge got stuck during a firmware, and there displays only a half loaded bar icon and nothing else, anyone can help me out?

Try restarting your fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker? and then trying the update again

So which Fitbit nap. Pi have @Prasenjeet it has been over a year since the Charge has had an update?
