I have a fitbit charge from 2014. The fitbit app on my iPhone says there is an update. When i try to apply the update, it loads then says "updating". I wait for over 10 minutes and nothing changes. There is no indication of progress.
Any ideas?

What tracker do you have @SherylLBC their isn't an update for the Charge.
The Charge 3, versa line and ionic have updates.
