My charge 3 tracker has  stopped charging for last week after I tried to set this problem as advised by Fitbit team. It working at that time but after setting it ,my charger 3 just went blank.

I have 2 nos. Of  charge 3 trackers and both of them are not working exactly after one and half year.. Fitbit is not replacing my Fitbit charge 3. I want a solution for this .
