This past weekend my Fitbit all of a sudden started displaying white lines and the screen will not respond. Tried all the recommendations and nothing worked. Called Fitbit and since my charge 3 is over 1 year old the only thing they will do is give me 25% off towards a new one. It’s the second one my family has bought in two years and the second time one has stopped working just after a year and they won’t replace it. Such a poor product and terrible customer service.

Same. We have been using their products for 4+ years and have issues with every single watch. Currently my charge 3 is glitchy and recording 6+ active minutes when my days have been fairly sedentary. The sleep will record hours but no longer quality. Really disappointed with Fitbit

My screen tonight and same only 25% off on a product that has CONSISTENTLY had display issues.
