Hey guys I’m having trouble finding Fitbit. I have researched all the Fitbit tracker stuff but wherever I left the Fitbit it must have been far away. What do I do now and this community isn’t helping either. but i have synced the Fitbit to Fitbit app on iPhone. But the signal is too far away. Who agrees

Hi @Guestuser644  not sure why you feel this community isn't helping you. These are the forums for members and we do the best we can to help those who post. Your Fitbit must be within 25 feet range in order to sync to your phone. Set a series of silent alarms and the device will rattle on whatever surface it's on. You'll need to do this before the battery gets so low that it dies because once it's dead, it's harder to locate the device. Let us know what happens.
