I will never buy another Fitbit.  Useless!  Charge 2 was okay for a year or 2: Charge 4 us rubbish and nothing but problems!

Hi @mlb1716  if you came to the forums to get help, we need a bit more detail into what's going on. It also depends on which phone and operating system you're using, too.
