Screen wake will not work by turning your wrist.  
Screen wake on - sleep mode off - battery charged  - Fitbit synced -  restarted fit bit - all other functions work except to wake it up by turning your wrist.  Have watched every video and read all help options but nothing works.  Hoping someone can help. 😍

Did you verified if the Charge 4 is on Don't Disturb Mode(Dnd)?

have you restarted your Charge 4?How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Yes sir - verified not on DND and did restart.  What else could it be.  So frustrating!! Ugh. 😩
