I've done all the recommended trouble shooting procedures to get my Charge HR to sync, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app. When I go to "Sync Now" it just sits and spins. This latest try has been running the sync for 20 minutes.
Is it a bizarre coincidence that the app was updated Apr. 1st? Has anyone else had syncing issues since the update?

UPDATE: After trolling thru this forum, I found a recommendation that I unpair the bluetooth and the pair it again. When I went to pair it again, my phone gives me the message: "unable to pair with FitBit, ensure FitBit is ready to pair." So I checked everything, the fitbit is working and collecting data. Second try to pair and the fitbit is not even appearing as an available device!

Update #2: Found another recommendation to fix the sync problem by doing a reset of the fitbit and going through the set up as though it was a new device. This worked for syncing the information, but the fitbit still won't pair with my phone. In fact, the phone can't even locate the fitbit as a bluetooth device. Bluetooth is working, I tested it by pairing with other devices. Unpaired everything and still fitbit is not being located as an available device. Same fitbit and same phone (Galaxy S6) as I've used together all along. What the heck!

Hi there,
Me too - my charge HR hasn't synced since April 5th. I've done all the same things as you and nothing happens. All of a sudden none of my devices - computer, tablet or phone are able to find it. Something has certainly changed as mine was working great. Don't know what to do next?!?
Frustrated!
