Heartbeat worked for 3 months, now it is frozen. Took it to place of purchase and after working with it for an hour, couldn’t help me. I’m very frustrated since the heartbeat is the reason I bought the Fitbit!

Have you checked the app or web for the heart rate settings on the Charge 2 to see if the heart rate is turned on?
If it is off you will have to sync.
Another thought would be to turn it off sync then turn on and sync.
You could also try this through both the week and the App

My tracker also stopped tracking heartbeat from dec 23rd. It was working well for over two years.
I tried the setting on app to auto and then on, with many syncs. Nothing is working.
Without heartbeat tracking, it looks like fitbitbis is unable to detect sleep disruptions well!! I need this feature working. Any help???
