Cannot view my info on my charge 3 fitbit

@Kruthiek Hello!  Do you mean your Charge 3 screen is black?  Is it still vibrating and syncing with the Fitbit app?  

 

Have you tried restarting the device and changing the clock face?

Hi tks for reaching out. It syncs fine. Just very dim light thzt's
impossible to see time etc.
