Fitbit isn't charging

I've been trying to charge my fitbit via the mains and my laptop for an hour.

It shows it's charging for a minute or so then stops and still shows as empty

In this case I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. While you have already tried some of the steps listed in there, please try going through all of them to make sure that the battery of your Charge 2 will charge.

Still nothing is working so I have bought a replacement charger and stuffed the fitbit in a drawer
