Fitbit not recognizing exercise

My Fitbit has stopped recognizing the exercise or any exercise at all. It counts my steps, but that’s it. I haven’t even had it for a year yet!!!

Hi @Heslyr13, welcome to the Community Forums!

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Also, which activities the SmartTrack feature on your Charge 2 didn't recognized? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to learn more about how to track an exercise here. You can also restart your device to refresh your device's performance in the meantime I receive your answers.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

usually my fitbits detects Any kind of movement when I’m at the gym, whether I’m skipping or doing knee tucks. Now, even when I’m doing any kind of movement, it doesn’t track it at all. It says I’ve been moving for a certain amount of time, but doesn’t track my “exercise for the day”.
