Fitbit not sending data to strava

I have updated my Fitbit app tonight, I’ve recorded both a walk and a run on my Fitbit since this time but it won’t sync with strava. I’m really annoyed as my run was a pb by 6 and a half minutes and my first sub 30 5k since starting running 3.5years ago. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting, logging out and logging in but no progress. Any idea or solutions welcome. Thanks

@Amyriley Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

 

Let me help you with your Strava link with your Fitbit account and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Please note that only GPS activities will sync with Strava. You can retry unlinking both accounts (start from Fitbit sides on the website) then follow their official instructions to relink both accounts.

Hi 

I have actually already done this and now I have done it for a second time just to be sure. I’m afraid that I continue to experience the same issues and this has not resolved the difficulty
