Two days in a row now my Fitbit has said I have 9500 steps and then when I sync it up to my iPhone a few minutes later it says I only have 2500 steps. It is so annoying. Says I have burned over 2500 calories yet I have walked way more then what it is saying help!!!

It seems to be a pretty wide spread issue. I am involved in a challenge with 9 others at the moment and everyone seems to be having the same problem.

Mine isn't syncing in our Workweek Hustle. This is happening with other Fitbits also.

This is the Fitbit official support email I just got. Hope it helps xx
Hi Marianne,
Thanks for sharing the outcome, we'll address this matter the best way we possibly can.
We'd like to bring to your attention that this is a known issue that has just been reported to us and our engineering team is already aware of and actively working on a fix. As you can see, the steps are syncing and updating on your dashboard, is just that they aren't updating on the challenge section, this means that this has nothing to do with the actual Fitbit device.
We want to let you know that there has been a ticket created for this issue and that we are hard at work to fix this since we understand the importance of the challenges. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We do want to thank you for reporting this issue since it will help us assist other customers that run into this same inconvenience. For the time being, we'd recommend enabling the automatic app update option so you don't have to do anything on your end. This issue will be solved as soon as the fix is released by our team.
I have added the ticket to your case to pass this along with our team, this will help us become aware of the impact of this issue and how many users are being affected by this bug so we can work an a fix as soon as possible, so we appreciate your are reporting this to us.
We hope you have found this information of your help. Let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Harvey U. and the Fitbit Team
