Left my charge 2 on charger for over 24hrs, now it won’t turn on and is not syncing to the app. How can turn it on?

@Maddymybaby It's worth having a look these charging diagnostics just to elimiante the most likely cases. If they don't help, I would suggest contacting Customer Support so they can assist you further.
